Automobile Insurance Contributions for 2025-2027

Individuals and groups interested in the SAAQ’s proposed insurance contributions for 2025-2027 are invited to submit a brief to the Panel of Experts.

The deadline for submitting a brief is April 19, 2024, at 5 p.m.

Briefs must be sent to the Panel of Experts by email to email@conseilexpert.aauto.ca.

A brief must contain the following information:

• The title of the consultation: Public Consultation on Proposed Insurance Contributions for 2025-2027;
• The name of the person, persons or group filing the brief;
• Contact details of the person or group who produced the brief. It is important to provide the full address, telephone number and email address. In the case of a group, give the name and contact details of the person responsible for the file. Personal information may be presented on a separate page.

The names of individuals or groups who have submitted a brief will be published on the Panel of Expert website unless the authors express a desire to keep their brief confidential. The briefs are not made public by the Panel of Experts.
